Jeremy began his career as a firefighter in 2004, accumulating over 20 years of experience as a first responder. This background provided him with firsthand, often difficult, insights into the real-world consequences of safety failures. He has worked with the company as a second career since 2022, until recently assuming full control of the firm after retiring as a Lieutenant from his service with the fire department. His transition marks a powerful continuum, blending deep regulatory knowledge with the urgent, practical understanding of preventing traumatic incidents.
